Really good

Looks like it took a long time; I know one of my friends had to do a claymation for a class, and his was about fifteen seconds and took him, like, a week to get it right. Good job, really. Make more.

Yeah, I'm pretty fast with the stuff I do.

It was well worth the wait.

Seriously, wow. That was one of the greatest things I've seen since... well, Waffle X 1. I really love your animations; they're friggin' AMAZING.

10 for Graphics-The wind blowing through the grass, the terrific backgrounds, the characters, even the flash of light out the windows and the way you rotated the main character in the first scene, all of it was amazing.

10 for Style-I love anime, and almost always give anything anime-ish-looking a 10, but you really deserve it. You've totally mastered the style, and it shows a great deal in your work.

9 for Sound-The only thing other than Interactivity I gave less than a 10 for, and the only reason is that the VA of the human character's microphone isn't terrific, compared to Waffle X's VA. My mic sucks myself, and I've lost points before for having crappy vocals due to just the mic. Still, they both did terrific jobs. Also, great music selection.

10 for Violence-Awesome fight scene is awesome.

0 for Interactivity-Less than in Episode 1, but who's really complaining? Although Cupboard Ninja could make a reappearance, heh...

10 for Humor-I love anime, and I love anime parodies even more.

Overall: 10/10

You've hit the nail on the head with this series, man. I can't wait for the next installment.

Luckett-X responds:

Thanks for the detail. Had to drop the interactive sequence for this ep as it woulda meant twice as much animation work and I just wanted to release after so long!

They might be back next episode, but glad youre enjoying the series anyway!

AMAZING

Probably one of the best Phoenix Wrongs I've ever seen. Well done.

64 responds:

Thank you there. :)

Heh...

"No one born after 1982 will understand this."

Damn straight... Well, I understood most of it; I just have no idea who the hell the floaty guy's supposed to be, which kinda killed that joke for me. Everything else was hilarious, though. Good job.

captcapitalism responds:

Unfortunately, the nostalgia references only get worse in the next episode. I apologize in advance.

Truly awesome

As a geek who's played D&D a fair amount of times, I find this series hilarious (especially because it contains stuff that the kid who DMs all the time would literally beat the hell out of us for doing, but we wish we could do it anyway).

Yeah, anyway, to help you out on the next one, here's a tip: take your microphone and record nothing for, like, ten minutes or whatever. Then put the recorded silence in a separate layer that goes throughout every scene. This will make everything sync up throughout the episode.

I really can't wait for #6.

Sirschmoopy responds:

All the audio is already synced, I think it's just an issue with flash. It's to the point now where it only takes me an hour or so now to fix to the standard i approve of
